We strive to seek new and vital models that will empower our Veer Naris and Asha school students through innovative and creative concepts. AWWA has rehabilitated Veer Naris in its VTCs, schools, shops and projects like Aahwan, Nirali, AWWA Catering Project, Jiwan Jyoti Sarees etc.
           One of our Asha school students had the honour of winning the Helen Keller award in 2003.They also won accolades in the special Olympics at New Delhi. Despite all the special curriculum and activities we find it very difficult to settle our differently abled children as useful contributing members of society.
           We are already helping them establish themselves as earning members by giving them telephone booths and shops etc. In 2006 for the very first time AWWA had employed its Asha students in its own project (Aahwan) and Pallavi Shopping Complex under our rehabilitation programme for differently abled. Some of our Asha students have taken training in Beauty culture and Graphic designing at AWWA- IHRC.
